1. What shipping options do you offer?
We offer Economy, Standard, and Express shipping within the United States for both physical products and Print-on-Demand (POD) items.
Shipping options will appear at checkout based on your order total.
2. What are your shipping rates?
Economy Shipping
- Orders $0–$25 → $5.95
- Orders $25.01–$74.99 → $7.95
- Orders $75+ → FREE
Standard Shipping
- Orders $0–$25 → $7.95
- Orders $25.01–$74.99 → $9.95
- Orders $75+ → FREE
Express Shipping
- Orders $0–$74.99 → $14.95
- Orders $75+ → $12.95
3. How long does it take to receive my order?
Print-on-Demand Items (shirts, mugs, totes, personalized items):
Production time: 1–7 business days (varies by print provider)
Shipping time:
- Economy: 5–8 business days
- Standard: 3–4 business days
- Express: 1–2 business days
Physical Dog Toys (shipped from Novel Paws):
Processing time: 1–3 business days
Shipping time (USPS Ground Advantage): 2–5 business days
Total: 3–8 business days
4. Do you offer international shipping?
Not at this time. We currently ship within the United States only.
5. How can I track my order?
When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
- POD orders → tracking is provided by the print provider
- Physical toy orders → tracking is provided by USPS and emailed to you automatically
6. Can I change or cancel my order?

Once production or shipping has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
